for open access technologies from The Unicist Research Institute

The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) gives you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the concepts and objects provided to you by TURI. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the use of the concepts and objects as provided by TURI.

You may not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, (ontological) reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise modify the objects unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by TURI, in writing.
Unless TURI has given you specific written permission to do so, you may not assign (or grant a sub-license of) your rights or otherwise transfer any part of your rights to use the concepts and objects.

The commercial use of these concepts and objects is exclusively for the members of the Unicist Confederation and subject to the terms of the different types of Unicist Partner Programs that are established as part of the commercial network.

TURI has partners, associated consultants and affiliates around the world. These companies may be providing the right to use the technology to you on behalf of TURI. You acknowledge and agree that these partners, associated consultants and affiliates will be entitled to provide the rights to use these concepts and objects to you.
